BIOSKETCH
Dr Ashen Nanan is an ENT Specialist in Private Practice in Johannesburg. He is an implanting surgeon with the Johannesburg Cochlear Implant Programme, and runs the Auditory Brainstem Implant Programme in South Africa. He is an honorary consultant in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology at Wits University, and examiner an council member of The Colleges of Medicine of South Africa. He is the recent past chairman of the South African Cochlear Implant Group and the President Elect of the ENT Society of South Africa.
